Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (also the “Company” or “Unipol”) hereby announces that today the deed of merger by incorporation of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai”), Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A. into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (the “Merger”) was stipulated.
Today the deed of Merger has been filed and registered at the Bologna Companies Registration Office.
