The heart of the Academy is Villa Boncompagni alla Cicogna in San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna). This carefully restored sixteenth-century villa combines the charm of history with cutting-edge educational technologies, creating a unique training and innovation campus.
The Unipol Academy also operates in many of the main Italian cities, including Milan, Turin, Rome, Naples, Genoa and Florence, ensuring a widespread presence accessible to everyone.

The Unipol Academy has been thought for all employees, Agents and personnel of the Unipol networks, providing each colleague with the opportunity to grow, improve and acquire new skills for their professional and personal careers.
Moreover, the Academy trains would-be insurance brokers with 60-hour targeted courses, necessary to take the exam for enrolment in Registro Unico degli Intermediari assicurativi (RUI, single register of insurance brokers).

The Unipol Academy offers over 900 different courses every year, divided into various editions, in the classroom and online, to develop skills in key professions in the managerial, digital, insurance and financial worlds. The more technical courses are often conducted by corporate teachers, trained through the rigorous “Train The Trainer” program, which enables their inclusion in the List of Unipol Teachers.
