Start of programmes for the purchase of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. ordinary shares to service the compensation plans based on financial instruments approved by certain subsidiaries

Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 144-bis of CONSOB Resolution No. 11971 of 24 February 1999 (the “Issuers’ Regulation”), it is hereby notified that on 24 June 2014, programmes (individually, the “Programme”; jointly, the “Programmes”) for the purchase of ordinary shares (the “Shares”) of the parent company Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. (“UGF”)will begin, as resolved by the respective Boards of Directors of the following subsidiaries: UniSalute S.p.A. (“UniSalute”), Compagnia Assicuratrice Linear S.p.A. (“Linear”), Arca Vita S.p.A. (“Arca Vita”) and Arca Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“Arca Assicurazioni”).
