Outcome of stock exchange offer of Premafin shares subject to withdrawal purchase by UnipolSai of unsold shares subject to withdrawal

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai” or the “Company”) hereby gives notice that the period for the stock exchange offer – pursuant to Article 2437-quater, paragraph 4, of the Italian Civil Code – of 693,620 UnipolSai ordinary shares, arising from the withdrawal legitimately exercised by the former shareholders of Premafin HP S.p.A. as a result of the merger of the same Premafin (along with Unipol Assicurazioni and Milano Assicurazioni) into UnipolSai, ended on 31 January 2014.
