Filing of the proposed merger into Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., and Unipol Finance S.r.L., UnipolPart i S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A.

Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol” or the “Company”) hereby announces that, today, the proposed merger into the Company of UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“UnipolSai”), and Unipol Finance S.r.l., UnipolPart I S.p.A. and Unipol Investment S.p.A. - with the latter three companies entirely held by Unipol and holding shares in UnipolSai - approved by the board of directors of the Company during the meeting held on 21 March 2024, was filed at the registered office.
