Announcement of total amount of voting rights

Unipol Gruppo S.p.A. (“Unipol” or the “Company”) announces that - as indicated in communication received on 23 October 2024 - the increased voting rights with respect to 369,441 ordinary shares no longer applies, in accordance with article 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Law on Finance, the provisions of the articles of association and the Regulations on shares with increased voting rights implemented by the Company on 25 June 2020 and available on its web site under the Investors/shareholding-structure/increased-voting-rights section.
