The Board of Directors of Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. in a meeting held today under the Chairmanship of Cosimo Rucellai, noted the resignation presented by the General Manager Piergiorgio Peluso.
The Board, after thanking Dr. Peluso for his collaborative efforts and professionalism and wishing him success in his future professional challenges, decided not to appoint a replacement.
