For all material sustainability issues we have set objectives, some quantitative, others qualitative.

* Included among the performance objectives of the variable short-term incentive component.
** The data relating to Scope 1 and Scope 2 climate-changing emissions are determined on the basis of data from the Group's car fleet and the consumption of electricity, gas and other energy sources for all the buildings over which the Group has direct control, from the instrumental offices to those of the diversified companies up to the buildings where the UNA Group activities are based and to the foreign offices.
