The Board of Directors of Fondiaria SAI meeting today noted the bankruptcy ruling of the second civil section of the Milan Court of Imco S.p.A. in liquidation (“ImCo”) and Sinergia Holding di Partecipazioni S.p.A. (“Sinergia”) in liquidation.
