Regarding the article published today in the "Il Giornale" newspaper, Premafin HP S.p.A. and Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. – on the request of Consob – state that no valuations are in progress relating to the sale of the controlling shareholdings in Fondiaria-SAI and/or Milano Assicurazioni.
