To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (November 25), CUBO - in collaboration with the Libellula Foundation and Unipol’s Equal Opportunities Commission in the insurance sector - presents the eighth edition of Non ballo da sola (I Don’t Dance Alone) from 16 to 26 November 2026, a free, traveling series of artistic performances, theatrical shows, and educational activities that will be visiting the cities of Turin, Milan, Verona, Bologna, Florence, and Genoa.
Through a programme that intertwines artistic and educational approaches, the series addresses the issue of gender-based violence from multiple perspectives, offering opportunities for discussion, engagement, and collective growth.
In this year’s edition, Non ballo da sola has extended its reach to lower secondary schools, exploring its themes through a wider variety of expressive forms.
The programme alternates between in-depth sessions led by educators, sociologists, linguists, and law professors, and theatrical performances and shows.
The goal is to expand the audience to be involved—starting with the youngest—year by year,
using the tools of entertainment as a vehicle to convey content, spark reflection, and promote a culture of prevention and respect.
