Standard & Poor's improves rating ti B+ and assigns "positive" Creditwatch

 The rating agency Standard & Poor’s today improved the rating of Fondiaria­SAI S.p.A. to “B+” from “B” and of the principal subsidiary Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A., in addition to the non strategic subsidiary SIAT S.p.A., assigning also a “positive” Creditwatch (from the previous “developing”).
