Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

The extraordinary session of the Shareholders’ Meeting of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. (“Unipol”) is hereby called, as a single call, for 20 June 2025, at 11.30 a.m., exclusively by means of telecommunications, to resolve approval of the total non-proportional demerger plan of Cronos Vita Assicurazioni S.p.A. in favour of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., Allianz S.p.A., Fideuram Vita S.p.A., Generali Italia S.p.A., and Poste Vita S.p.A. Consequent and related resolutions.
